Bianca is made naturally by distilling the pomace of different white grape varieties.

It is characterized by an elegant crystal clearness and a fine and appealing aroma dominated by the note of elderflower and fresh basil, with a hint of lavender underneath. On the palate, it is dry and warm, with a note of orange peel on the aftertaste.
