INTRODUCTION:

Aura proizvodi d.o.o. is implementing the project “Improving the Cybersecurity of Aura proizvodi d.o.o.” within the framework of the Call for Project Proposals “Improving the Cybersecurity of Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” (NKS-DEP-0001).

The project is being implemented with the financial support of the European Union under the Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL) and is aimed at enhancing the company’s level of cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, and strengthening employees’ knowledge and awareness of cyber risks.

BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project “Improving the Cybersecurity of Aura proizvodi d.o.o.” comprises activities aimed at systematically enhancing the company’s level of cybersecurity and business resilience.

The project includes conducting a cybersecurity GAP analysis and preparing the corresponding report, which will assess the current situation and identify areas requiring improvement.

As part of the project, documentation will also be prepared in accordance with the Cybersecurity Act and the Cybersecurity Regulation, thereby improving internal procedures and organisational measures related to the security of information systems and business processes.

A specific part of the project is dedicated to employee training in cybersecurity, with the aim of increasing awareness of cyber threats, security risks and appropriate practices in day-to-day business operations.

Upon completion of the activities, a cybersecurity self-assessment will be conducted and a self-assessment report with an analysis of the improvements achieved will be prepared in order to evaluate the effects of the measures implemented and the progress achieved.

OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED RESULTS:

The main objective of the project is to increase the level of cybersecurity and resilience of Aura proizvodi d.o.o. and to improve the company’s ability to prevent, identify and respond to cyber threats and incidents.

The implementation of the project is expected to result in an assessment of the current level of cybersecurity and the identification of areas for improvement, the establishment of appropriate documentation and procedures, an increased level of compliance with regulatory requirements, and greater employee awareness and knowledge regarding the secure use of information and communication systems.

The final self-assessment and analysis of the improvements achieved will enable the impact of the implemented activities to be measured and provide a foundation for the continuous improvement of the company’s cybersecurity.

CONTRIBUTION OF THE PROJECT TO THE COMPANY’S DEVELOPMENT:

Digital systems and information infrastructure play an increasingly important role in the day-to-day operations of Aura proizvodi d.o.o., and their security is an essential prerequisite for stable and reliable business operations.

Through the implementation of the project, the company will further improve the protection of its information systems, business data and processes and reduce its exposure to cyber risks. At the same time, employee training will strengthen the organisational culture of cybersecurity and increase the ability to identify potential security threats in a timely manner.

The project will thus contribute to safer and more resilient business operations, a higher level of protection of business information, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the creation of a solid foundation for the further digitalisation and development of Aura proizvodi d.o.o.
