This brandy is prepared by macerating hand-picked sage leaves from the island of Cres for six months in grape brandy with fresh squeezed juice from organic lemons.

It has a refined golden yellow color, is clear and thick, with an attractive and pleasant aroma that includes notes of sage, fresh mushrooms, and lemongrass. It is semi-dry and pleasant on the palate, fine, warm, and elegant, with the aftertaste dominated by the note of sage.

We recommend serving it as a digestive, chilled at 8-10°C, without ice.
