A natural blend of lemon balm, lavender, apple, and aromatic herbs created for peace and balance. Enjoy every calming sip.

Ingredients: lemon balm leaves, apple pieces, fennel, anise, rosehip, cumin, lavender flowers, marigold petals, sweet blackberry leaf.

Preparation: Pour hot water (100°C) over the tea and let it steep for 5–10 minutes. Use 3–4 teaspoons of tea per liter of water. Let every sip be your special moment!
