This brandy is made by macerating hand-picked rose petals for six months in an apple distillate. It has a beautiful and lively yellow color with an elegant and refined aroma reminiscent of a mixture of rose petals and Turkish delight, with a note of ripe peach and cinnamon. The taste is semi-sweet, warm, and attractive, with a prevailing note of dried apple on the aftertaste. 

We recommend serving it as an aperitif, chilled to 8-10°C, without ice.
