Various wild fruits are macerated for six months in an apple distillate.. It has an elegant ruby-red color, clear and partially thick, with a fine and seductive aroma dominated by notes of cinnamon, raspberry, and wild strawberry. The taste is semi-sweet and elegant with a note of ripe raspberry on the aftertaste. 

We recommend serving it as an aperitif, chilled to 8-10°C, without ice.
