Aura Premium Gin with White Truffle 0,7 l

We proudly present the first gin in the world with macerated white truffles, created in collaboration with Karlić Tartufi company. In the first year of production, only 222 bottles were produced, each individually numbered. In the following year we increase production to exclusive 669 bottles.

Premium Truffle Gin is produced using a base of grain distillate and juniper berries harvested in the ecologically pure environment of Ćićarija. They are macerated for three months and distilled three times with nine spices and precious white truffle from the Motovun forest.

It is distinguished by a crystal-clear transparency with a slight hint of clay color. It is thick, with a pleasant and fine aroma dominated by juniper, under which one can sense moss, wet sea stone, licorice, and white truffle. On the palate, it is dry, fine, and elegant, yet warm, while the licorice flavor reappears on the aftertaste.

It is recommended to be served in combination with dry tonic and ice, especially with dishes containing white truffles.
